Winter is by far my favourite season. I love the unpredictable cold days and our forever changing landscape. I enjoy the peace, calmness and solitude. Follow my recipe to a perfect relaxing winter's day - It won’t cost a penny.

Winter’s Chocolate

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 Clear blue sky with sunshine

1 Garden

1 Seat (preferably a hammock)

1 Wool throw

1 Favourite book or magazine (Country Living Homes & Interiors)

1 large mug of Green & Black’s Organic Hot Chocolate (or other for desired taste)

1 Plate of Biscuits (optional but highly recommended).

Choose your day wisely and find your perfect spot. Sit in your chosen method of seating whilst carefully placing one luxury wool throw over your lap. Next, add one mug of hot chocolate and gently warm hands. For good measure, add one favourite book or magazine and allow the reading to commence. Finally add your chosen biscuits as and when needed.
